The short version
- These providers help us run Crerio. Each receives only the data it needs for its task.
- None of them may use your data for their own purposes, such as advertising or training AI models.
- We'll update this page before adding a new provider that handles Customer Data.
Supabase
Database and sign-in. Account details, extracted invoice results, contracts, parts records and settings.
Render
Hosting for our application server. Processes uploaded documents in memory while they are checked; keeps standard server logs.
Cloudflare
Website hosting, network delivery, DNS and security. Handles web requests, including IP addresses.
Google (Gemini API)
Gemini reads uploaded documents to extract their contents, under paid API terms that don't allow training on our customers' content.
Dodo Payments
Card payments for monthly plans and success fees, as merchant of record. Billing contact details, payment details and tax information. We never see full card numbers.
Resend
Email delivery: sign-in links, and the requests you send through our Talk to sales form.
