- What are validated savings?
- Overcharges Crerio flags that you actually get back: you short-pay the invoice at your agreed rate, the carrier credits or refunds the charge, or you dispute it and the carrier doesn't reject the dispute within 45 days. Overcharges you choose not to dispute, and disputes the carrier rejects, cost nothing.
- How is the share billed?
- Once a month, in arrears. You mark each flagged overcharge as short-paid, credited or rejected; we invoice 15% (Savings), 12% (Pro), 10% (Business) or 8% (Custom) of the validated amount. You pay it by card from your Savings page; Dodo Payments emails the receipt.
- How do I try it?
- With the free audit: create an account, load your rate sheet and upload your last 50 carrier invoices. Crerio shows every overcharge with its reason and dollar amount, at no cost and with no card. There is no separate trial; when you've seen the results, choose Pro or Business.
- Which plan should I choose?
- Savings for smaller shippers: $149 a month plus 15%, up to 1,000 carrier invoices a month. Pro: $299 a month plus 12%, up to 3,000. Business ($499/month plus 10%) adds parcel audit, done-for-you disputes, QuickBooks/NetSuite export, spend analytics and EDI intake. For more than 5,000 invoices a month, several companies or your own integrations, ask for a custom plan (8% success fee).
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Pro and Business renew on the cycle you chose (monthly, or every 12, 24 or 36 months) until you cancel under Manage billing, and stay active until the end of the period you've paid for. The share stays due on overcharges flagged while your plan was active that become validated savings within 12 months.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Monthly fees are non-refundable, because every invoice is processed at a real cost to us the moment you upload it. If we charged you by mistake, email billing@crerio.com within 30 days and we'll correct it.
- Do I need a license or a freight broker?
- No. Crerio audits the invoices you already receive against the rates you already have. You or your team short-pay or send the disputes to your carriers; we never contact them on your behalf.
- Does the AI do the math?
- No. AI only reads the documents. Every comparison with your rate sheet runs on exact decimal arithmetic, so the same invoice always gives the same result.
